FAQ
Do you have any questions about anything?
We have created a list of frequently asked questions that might help you.
If you can’t find the answer here, you are always welcome to contact us by email or through our social media.
You must register through our system Klubmodul.
In the system, you can always see schedules and prices. To sign up, you need to create a profile. When you click on the class you are interested in, you can see the price. Once you have registered and paid for one or more classes, you just show up for training and say your name. If you have any questions, you can always ask directly or write to us on social media or at contact@lockedup.dk
Payment: You sign up for one season at a time and pay the full amount in one payment. We accept card payments or MobilePay. As soon as your payment is completed, you can start dancing – you are automatically registered on the class lists upon payment.
As a general rule, you cannot switch classes during the season. That said, we are always focused on making sure everyone has a good experience at Locked Up.
If you still end up in a class that doesn’t feel right for you, you can write to us at contact@lockedup.dk and we will figure it out together.
You can cancel your purchase or registration within 14 days.
At Locked Up, we refund 50% of the amount if you cancel within this period. After 14 days, no refunds are given.
If you choose to stop before the season ends, you are liable for the full period, and no refund will be given.

At Locked Up Studio, we keep the rules simple – but we make an effort to create a space where everyone can get the most out of their classes and feel comfortable.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to:
- Arrive on time
- Arrive early if you have booked a trial class
- Check in at reception when you arrive
- Always use indoor shoes in the studio rooms
This helps create a safe, respectful, and smooth environment for both teachers and dancers.
At Locked Up Studio, you are automatically unenrolled when a season ends. This means you must sign up again when a new season starts if you wish to continue.
You can read more about our seasons and holiday periods under info.
Note: If you choose to stop before the season ends, no refund will be given.
You can always book a trial class at Locked Up.
Trial classes are booked through our system Klubmodul.A trial class costs 225 DKK, and the amount is automatically deducted if you subsequently sign up for the class. This means the trial class is effectively free if you continue.
We recommend booking your trial class in advance before arriving at the studio. If a class is full, it will not be possible to book a trial spot.
Trial classes for children are free. You simply show up. However, this is subject to availability.
How to book a trial class:
- Create a free profile in our system
- Find the class you want to try
- Book and pay for your trial class
- Show up at the studio and go to reception
If you want to continue after your trial class, remember to register for the class through the system. Your trial payment will automatically be deducted upon registration.
You can easily sign up for multiple classes at Locked Up Studio.
We offer a 20% discount when you sign up for more than one class. You pay full price for your most expensive class, and then receive 20% off all additional classes.
If a substitute teacher is needed for a class, we always make sure to find a skilled and suitable instructor so that the class can continue as planned. Therefore, no financial compensation is given as long as the class is held.
In some cases, changes to the schedule or other practical matters may occur. If that happens, we will inform you in advance.
If the change means you can no longer attend, you are welcome to contact us and we will help find the best solution.

All events are open to everyone – whether you already dance at Locked Up Studio or just want to join.
We also offer workshops for groups, schools, companies, and other communities. We can either come to you or welcome you at our studio.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, simply inform your teacher. You can also tell reception or the videographer, and we will make sure to film around you – so you can focus on your training in peace.
At Locked Up, the seasons are structured in fixed periods to allow time for focus, development, and community. We have two seasons per year – January to May and August to December – each consisting of 15–16 weeks of classes.
